Trying To Find Out If My Payment For Renewal Has Processed

Trying to get that informoration from magicJack's customer service is pretty much a fool's errand. magicJack’s customer support is for the most part magically lacking. Although the phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters, seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) will likely prove a waste of your time.
Go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, and click the My Account tab.
