How Can I Pay My Bill??

I HAVE "NOT" BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY BILL BY THE INTERNET AND AM REALLY CONCERNED. I "DO" HAVE A DEBIT CARD BUT WOULD RATHER PAY BY CHECK. HOW MUCH FOR ONE YEAR RENEWAL AND WHERE DO I MAIL THE CHECK TO. I WILL SEND A CERTIFIED CHECK IF NECESSARY.
