You didn't explain why you're unable to pay with your debit card, and magicJack's customer service is nearly useless, so your best bet is to inquire of your bank.

As mentioned, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
