My Majic Jack Is Not Working, There Is No Dial Tone In The Hand Set.

my majic jack is not working, there is no dial tone in the hand set. i checked the hand set, it is okey but when i connect it with the majic jack plus, there is no dial tone in it. i connect it with Internet LAN as well as with USB....Please help...

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html. If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
