I Am Having A Problem Wit My Acct Being Swithed Over

Ineed my magicjack changed into my name and a print out with my name adress and acct info When i first got magic jack was in name of bill o reilly and i ordered a new magic jack an d since I wanted same number still put name in bill o rielly my email adressis actt name should be in my name which is avis smith my can you please update this for me or email me info on how to change this and if you are able to do this from your end I would really appreciate it could you please email me a copy of acct info and status thank you

To make the change, go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, click the My Account tab, and then click Manage Login.
