magicJack's customer support is magically deficient, even if you use chat. I really don't recommend you go that route.

Go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. (You may need to disable popup blockers.) Then on my.magicjack.com, select the My Subscriptions tab and click the button for Change Phone Number.

You can reset your device to start from scratch: Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.) Finally, hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. (With a PC, magicJack Plus software will load automatically.) Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts.

To make the change, go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, click the My Account tab, and then click Manage Login.
