Go to www.magicjack.com enter "need replacement" in the search box. It will bring up a link, clink on it. You will need to tell the rep. that you Magicjack is broken. You will need your magicjack phone number, password and the email address that it is linked to. Be sure to have your credit or debit card ready. In November it cost me a total of $20.96 Your contract length will remain the same.
