My Ethernet Cable Does Not 'click' Into The Magic Jack Connector.

I have MJ+. My ethernet cable does not "click" into the magic jack connector so every time the cord gets moved, it comes unplugged. Is this normal or should I replace it? If so, how do I go about getting a new cord. AW

The Magic Jack connector should be connected and properly fit to your ethernet cable. It should not cause any disruption even the device is moved. The best solution for this is to replace the connector/cable with a brand new. Unfortunately, I did not find any compatible cable connector for these devices online.
