Zv450mw8a Won't Show Setup Screen. This Is A New Unit. Won't Show Setup Screen

This recorder was bought 7 years ago for a backup. It will turn on, but nothing will show up on TV screen. can't find the right buttons to set unit with Time,language, ect. It will open/close,pause, FF,Play, on the small screen on unit, but will not show up on TV screen. Have tried setting TV on VID1, VID2, channel 3, channel 4, no luck.Wayne S

Since you didn't provide the DVD model or it's possible connectors. Start on page 2 for the TV's possible connections & how to access those inputs.
