Problem With Replacement Mattress

I purchased a matress about three years ago. An inspector determined that it was defective. The matress was replaced with what was supposed to be a comprable matress. I have had the matress about 2 months and it is starting to fall apart. The order number is 40070423 and the p.o.# is 2379039. I would like this matress picked up and a store credit for my old matress which I paid over $900.00 for and was replaced with a matress worth probably $250.00.
