Am I Going To Get My Replacement Plate?
I ordered a set of dishes online, and one plate was damaged. I returned the plate, requesting an exchange. FedEx tracking shows it was delivered on 8/9/12, but I have had no notification, response or replacement from Macy's. I want to know if I am going to get a replacement plate. I could not find a way to get this question answered on the Macy's website. I called 1-800-289-6229 but was put on hold for such a long time, I was never able to speak to a person. My Order Number was 899835491. The FedEx tracking number is 235843505976500. Can you help me get the plate I have already paid for?
