Macys.com. Item Arrived Damaged And Want To Speak A Person.
I have been trying to reach a live person in a customer service. I ordered a item from macys.com and it arrived damaged and of poor construction. I dont want to exchange for another item I can see in person. I want to send it back for a full refund and I will not pay the return shipping due to this was Macys mistake.I am further angered by the fact that such a large company/ department store doesnt have anyone available to speak to a customer about these issues. I would like a call immeditately... A company shouldnt depend on a customer to check email for feedback for hours and not include contact info in the package?? NO PACKAGE SLIP ??? 985-713-4882
