Unable To Call Macy's, Despite Trying For 3 Weeks.

ref order I have not made this purchase and need you to deduct from my credit card. I received an email that it arrived and Macy's and will be delivered. I don't even know what it is. THis is urgent. I will sue Macy's

Are you sure you're calling the right number? Here is the number for customer service: 1-800-289-6229. You need to be patient when you call as there are many other people trying to get through at the same time as you so it may take a while to get a live person.
