Maitress Purchased Online In 2008, Macy's Send A Replacement On 10/2011,also Bad

Sealy Queen plush maitress purchased on line in 2008 on line. Did not hold up. Service rep came out and agreed. Macy's sent another replacement Camp Hill manufacture in 10/2011. This was a much smaller version of a queen.  Did not have the same volume, nor did it fit the box spring in size. Was short approx 1 inch all the way around. This did not hol up either. maitress is sagging.  I flipped it, but it still does not hold up.  Queen sheets do not fit. sag everywhere. Please call back 412-216-2828. I've tried to call on line, can't get therough. After second time now with this maitress replacement which was under warranty, I would rather have a gift certificate comparable to some amount.
