Rebate From Emerile Cookware

I purchased Emerile's cookware in July 2011.  At that time, I was given a card to receive a cookbook.  My number is  485451934.  I checked the status and now it says that I have an invalid purchase date.  This does not seem to be true since signs were everywhere stating that if you buy this set, you would receive the cookbook. I even received this message:  Free Farm to Fork Cookbook with the Purchase of Emeril Cookware Set E937SA64 at Macys...in an email dated 1 Aug. Now when I check the status of my free gift, the message says:  Invalid purchase date.  Seems once again we are being scammed and taken advantage of by your compay. Please let me know what I should do to receive my the cookbook I was promised when I bought the cookware. would appreciate an email response. thank you Janet Gizzi
