Guide Assembly For Sharpening Scissors Or Knives Part No. 132386-5

I purchased Makita Sharpener Model 9820-2 used. It has the instruction manual with it. The manual lists part 132386-5 as a guide assembly for sharpening scissors or knives. When bought new, is this part included in the box or is it a separate purchase? I'm trying to determine whether I should ask the seller if he has it.
