It seems the previous answerer overlooked your actual question (the address to which to send the return). The answer is that rather than create your own label with an address, you should use the form at https://ishort.ink/e8Th, and then use the mailing label that's created. Using this method is not only easier but it lets you return your purchase at no cost.
