Lost Return
I returned two items on 5/8 to Macy's via UPS - tracking number . The tracking number only says it was dropped off at a UPS facility on 5/8. I contacted UPS to find out where my package was and they said I have to contact Macy's. My Macys order number was Order #: this is ridiciulous - I have been trying to get in touch with Macy's for weeks - if you sell online you should have customer support online - no excuse. I call the customer service line - answer all the questions - and then get told there's no customer service agents available. I have tried the chat option - every day - and it doesn't work and I can't get a response.
