Why Is My Msi U180 Running So Slow? Please Help

had my msi for over a year it's starting to run v slow & sticks, please can anyone help me? thanks.

There could be a number of reasons for this including a virus/spyware infection, too many programs running in the background, etc... The only way to know for sure is to have someone look at it. It would be best to bring it in to a local computer repair shop.
