Scan Question
I have a pinnacle pro 901. When I try to scan something to my computer I am faced with first choosing one of two listings. No matter which I choose I get a message that states after waiting sometime" Cannot retrieve scan applications etc. "Plse help

Try updating the driver for your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/s1Tq8D to download the updated driver. Just choose the operating system of your computer.
Also, you can try scanning using Lexmark Printer Home. To access that, on your computer, click on Start > All Programs > Lexmark > Lexmark Printer Home.
