No Color. Installed New Cartridge.
Ok. I Have Just Installed A New Color Cartridge. Took Off The Tape. Installed & Re-installed. No Color At All.

Hi. Possible causes.
1. Clogged nozzles - run a nozzle cleaning task
2. Corrupt driver - reinstall (ignore this if color copies are not possible too)
3. Corrupt firmware - reinstall
