Colored Squared On Printouts
My printer is printing pale colored squares on the page of everything that I print. Can you tell me what to do about this??

It could be a problem with the printhead. Please contact our technical support team via phone so they can do some diagnostics. They'll be able to replace your printhead if your printer is still under warranty.
