The Printer Keeps Saying To Insert Tray 1 And It Would Not Print. Please Advise.

Please advise as to where tray 1 is. Thanks in advance.

This may be caused by a power fluctuation or a stray static discharge in the vicinity of the printer. Please try Remove the paper tray from the printer and check for any media stuck in the paper path. Once any obstructions have been removed, reinstall the tray.

Power the printer off, wait ten seconds, and then power the printer back on.

If possible, connect the printer's power cord directly into a grounded wall outlet. In rare instances, a surge protector or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can generate false error messages.
