Mouse Pad So Sensitive

I recently got new lenovo laptop and the mouse pad is so sensitive. When i move the cursor, it automatically clicks without even tapping. I am unable to work properly. Please advise.

Hi,

Please try the below settings and let me know if it helps.

  1. Go to control panel
  2. select mouse settings
  3. select manage settings
  4. select the ‘ultranav’ tab along the top
  5. go to settings
  6. select ‘Tap and Drag’ tab
  7. disable tapping

Hi.I think it will be wise for u to carry with you a wireless mouse until you get used to your lenovo mouse pad.

Hi, to change the sensitivity of your mouse you will need to adjust the mouse settings. To do this:

Windows 7:

1: Press the windows key to open the search bar on the left.

2: Click the control panel and in the search box search for "Mouse" and click it.

3: Under the "Buttons" tab you will be able to adjust your double click speed and under the "Pointer Options" tab you will be able to adjust your pointer speed.

Windows 8:

1: Press the windows key to open the search and main menu.

2: Search for "Mouse" under "Settings" and click "Mouse".

3: Under the "Buttons" tab you will be able to adjust your double click speed and under the "Pointer Options" tab you will be able to adjust your pointer speed.
