Lenovo Ideapad P500 Touch

My mother bought this laptop 5 months ago to you for online schooling, a couple months later all of a sudden the screen starts doing the shaking and zooming constantly. It's important that I help get the problem fixed please help. She still has waranty on at BestBuy they couldn't fix it or find the problem.

Check if the screen is shaking with an external display(monitor or TV) connected to the system. If it is , it is an issue with the video card so the system board needs to be replaced.

If it is not, it is an issue with the LCD and it needs replacement.

Before replacing any parts ensure all the drivers and the BIOS of the system is up top date.
