Help With Lenovo G575 Laptop Problems

My Lenovo g575 laptop won't let me download anything from the internet. I have a good wifi connection but every download stops at 99% when there's only 1 second left. When I first got it it was downloading fine. Can anyone suggest anything I can do to fix it?

The error downloading of files from the Internet to your computer may be caused by corrupted driver software files. This can be fixed by reinstalling the latest LAN/Wireless LAN driver of your computer. You can download the driver software from the link below.
