Lenova B560

Any educated persons able to help? When I turn system on the power and charger led illuminate and the dvd drive "twitches". I can also hear the fan spinning. However, no video. I have 1.removed the batt. held the power button for a minute to discharge. 2 Removed wi-fi cards, swapped memory and HDD, nothing. 3. Plugged into external monitor, nada. the only thing I get is with a depleted battery, I plug in the power adapter in and then I unplug it, the system will beep once. Is this a video issue? Can I reflow the gpu? Is the processor bad or is the M.B just toast? Any help would be much appreciated.....
