Pairing Failure, With No Functional Reset.

The sound bar and sub-woofer fail to pair. The red light on the sub-woofer remains lit and does not go blue as it did initially when purchased. All my television appliances are switched off by remote switching, and are not left on in standby mode all night. The system is only six months old. The help desk has now advise us of a return for repair. This is still very odd given the star rating of the product as being at least 8.5/10 ?
