It is possible that the trouble could stem from both devices running at the same wireless frequency, causing interference between the two devices. The Sound Bar signal between it and the subwoofer cannot be changed. If your wireless router can change frequencies, then this could resolve the matter. If not, then there may continue to be incompatibilities. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for additional troubleshooting.
