New Lg Ms870 Phone From Metro Pcs Won't Charge
My phone is only about 6 weeks old. had been working fine odor the first few weeks. Then I started having difficulty charging it. For some reason it wouldn't recognize when it was plugged in. I'd remove the battery and then it would charge. Now, I have had the same thing happen only this time when I replaced the battery, it said it was downloading an update and not to unplug it, so I didn't. A couple hours later the screen was black so I tried to turn it on and it did nothing. I again removed the battery and replaced it and tried charging it again. Now all that happens is the three touch buttons at the bottom of the screen keep flashing. Not sure what to do.

The problem is either the battery or charger. The best solution for this is battery or charger replacement. You can purchase a compatible battery and charger from the links provided below.
