How Do I Get My Phone To Read My Sd Card

Hi. The following may help
1. Try the SD card else where to be sure it works (also try other SD cards know to work on your device)
2. Make sure the SD card does not have a password
3. Make sure it is not larger than 32GB in capacity
4. If you are still under warranty, take the device back as the slot may have failed.
