Lgl75c Won't Send Pictures Anymore

It used to send pictures just fine, but now it says "sending" and never "sent" and they're not being received by the people they're intended for. What is going on with this? It is an LGL75C phone, and its relatively new, and it was working up until yesterday. Forwarding doesn't work. There is no button to try to "resend". I'm at a loss of what to do. I tried powering it off and back on, I tried removing the Sim Card and then putting it back in. Any help that could clear this up would be appreciated.
