How Can I Power Down My Lg55c And Keep It Off Until I Turn It Back On?

I find the power off app but it dose not seem to be active, and when I turn off my phone it viberates and turn it's self back on, only why to keep off until I turn it back on is to take battary out and put it back in. HELP if you can. thank you

Go to page 23-24 & clear all your notifications to see if that will correct the issue, then you can reset them as you please.

Hi. Press and hold the power button and quickly leave it as soon a you see a menu > tap Power Off and the tap Ok... Pressing and holding the power button much longer force-reboot the device.
