turning in old phone lgl55c need to remove all numbers contatc and call log plus text

go to your phones "settings" menu......find the "privacy" tab and click on it...only option you can chose there is "restore phone to factory settings" click on it. It will erase everything on the phone and put it back to the way it was the day you bought it.
