It does not have a SIM card, it is a CDMA phone, they don't use SIM cards.

If its a straight talk phone it doesn't have a SIMS card. i know becuase i have this same phone. If you take the back off and pull out the battery you can see under the battery where a SIMS card should have been--there is a little metal plate covering it with a screw in it. No SIMS card necessary with this phone. It can only be used with straight talk.
