I Have An Lg Gas Dryer Dlg7188wm With A Squealing Sound.

All of a sudden it is making a squealing sound. I believe the drum is rubbing against the internal gasket? The drum only rotates freely about one half the way around. Is it a bad belt?Thank you for any ideas.
