Zune And Windows Phone

MY ZUNE ISN'T RECOGNIZING MY LG-C900 WINDOWS PHONE WHEN I CONNECT IT TO MY LAPTOP. WHAT IS THERE FOR ME TO DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
