Can't Delete Old Voice-mail Messages
I am a new user. I play back my messages but when I press 7 to delete them nothing happens. It simply skips them. What am I doing wrong? My old phone would let me delete during playback. I have waited to the end before pressing 7. I can't hear a tone when I do press 7.

It seems you are doing the proper steps but its probably a network or hardware related issue. Call your carrier to see if they can assist you.
