I Own A Zenith 50pc 3db-ue Plasma 50' Tv, It Is Around 4 Years Old And Needs Ser

I am looking for a diagonsis on the fact that if I turn on the TV either with remote or directly the red light changes to green - it makes some noise like it wants to start but then the green button changes back to red. If you continue to turn on the tv it warms up to the point where the audio plays but the picture is black. Then if I turn it off and on again then I get a screen with the audio and it will stay on without any problems until I turn it off say in four hours.
