Hdmi No Signal, Screen Distorted
1st problem is the HDMI will have no signal. I know the HDMI cable is good because it works on other TV. 2nd issue is the screen is distorted (horizontal lines) when I turn on the TV, but will go back to normal after few minutes.

Have you tried other inputs to see if the problem is the same on those? Ift hey are the same then I would suspect a problem with a panel inside the TV. i.e. the main logic. This would need the help of an engineer to solve. You could try a factory reset. This often sorts out anomalies with inputs and settings that are out of spec.
