Problem In Settings

While watching tv , the menu settings displays automatically displays on the screen and it changes settings by itself and screen goes blank.Very often need to go select AV in remote or tv settings to watch tvThis automatic settings are irritating to watch tvPls give solution for this

Try removing the batteries from the remote to prove if it is transmitting. If that proves the remote is faulty, a replacement is on the cards. It can also be if one has polished the front of the TV and covered the remote sensor in a film of polish. Believe me it has happened in the past. Try a factory reset if all else fails and then if that does not resolve the issue the TV may be the problem. There could even be a spurious device causing the problem. Difficult to solve the problem without hands on.
