Audio Issues No Sound

I got no sound and when I go to audio menu I get a thing that pops up saying "audio menu cannot be set during wire head set mode " with nothing plugged in

Refer to pages 74 onwards to reconfigure the sound options. The probable solution is to reset them to factory. You can obtain the manual from here.
