Hi! CF codes are for Communication Failures. This can be caused by a misconnected wire from the panel to the body. If you cleaned the system, please check this. The 5-pin connector is usually misconnected to YC9 while it is supposed to be connected to the YC1 port. These are same-sized ports.

If you did not do any cleaning or replacement of parts, then likely this is a panel failure. You will have to procure a new panel for it.
