First start with loading the newest firmware (currently version 2.06). This may solve your problem. Pay very close attention to any failures to update. If one of the DIMMS fails to update reseat it, try the firmware again. If it still fails replace that DIMM and load the latest firmware.

Note: The new DIMM will not have the most current firmware, and possibly not even usable firmware. Count on loading firmware immediately after a DIMM replacement.
