I know this isn't an answer to how to fix error code C710, but here is a link to a site that has all of the Kyocera error codes - http://www.officeimagingsystems.com/id170.html
According to that site, error C710 means, "Toner sensor problem or Developer problem".
Again, I know this isn't the answer for how to fix it, but hopefully it helps some.
