Error Messages Says Match The Position Of The Envelope Switches

I just got a new FS-2100DN and had the same problem when trying to print duplex (double sided). Kyocera told me to open the flap at the rear of the printer and look for a green lever. In fact the lever is blue and tucked away close to the bottom corner of the printer. It seems that the lever needs to be in the horizontal (down) position in order to print duplex and there is a little picture of an envelope on a sticker close to the lever.
The printer came from the factory with this lever in the 'up' position which allows envelopes to be printed, I believe that you have to open the rear flap to print an envelope.
