Printer Problems
Dear assistant,I have got a big problem with my konica minolta 1380mf. It does not print.Firstly, I had problems with scanner, my laptop (win7-64bit) showed that scanner interface is not installed, later, when I fixed it, got problems with printing process. It just does not print, shows some notifications that cannot print because of particular errors. I hope, I explained my problem, and hope you might help meRegardsMantas Valentas

Unfortunately, without being able to troubleshoot or without being provided more information, there is no perfect fix for this problem. Here are some common solutions you can try:
- Remove and reinstall the print driver
- Make sure you have the latest version of the print driver, and the correct version for your operating system
- If the printer is connected over the network, make sure the IP address or hostname is correct in the print driver settings
- Try to ping the printer if it is network-connected; if the ping is unsuccessful try a new network cable and verify the IP address
- Try printing to the printer from another computer
- If using a WIndows computer, restart the print spooler service
- Remove and reinstall the print driver
