Printer Refuses To Print And Smart Panel Utility Does Not Respond
I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor 1600W attached by a USB cable to a PC running Windows 7. After printing 120 pages of a document it suddenly stopped printing. Yellow error light ad lights of Y M and C toners burn. I can hardly believe that 3 colors are exhausted simultaneously, especially since there is little color in the document I was printing. I tried to get more information by clicking on a program called Remote Panel Utility installed long ago on my desktop. It does not respond. I installed a new version downloaded from Konica Minolta web site. It does not respond either.
