Hello, many things could cause this problem. Some troubleshooting will be needed to narrow down the cause. Here are some things to check:
- Have you had a power outage or power surge recently? If so, a fuse, breaker, or power supply board inside the copier may have blown.
- Check the fuses on the copier's power supply. Also check the power going into the machine from the wall to be sure it is getting the full voltage required.
- See if any LEDs or fans come on when you hit the power switch. Sometimes you can see green or red LEDs through the back of the machine that may give you a hint as to what the problem is.
