Bizhub 25 Lamp Error

When trying to scan or fax or copy the message "lamp error" comes up, when this happen the machine does not orientate its self the message pops up as soon as you press the start button, when the message is up the machine can still recieve a fax so the printer is still working. Powering the machine off and on sometimes take up to 8 times to get it to reset and work. It has only scannes 5709 total documats.
